I’m trying to run an apple batch,
I’ve juiced abou 40 lbs of apples
i was thinking i could add the needed water to achieve 22 liters
and say 10 pounds of sugar. add yeast 7.02 ounces and let here rip
    would this work
just apples, juice, sugar, and yeast
    any help

    • Need to do a hydrometer check before you add sugar and you might want to add a little acid blend before mashing, once you check gravity you can bring up by adding 1 pound of sugar per gallon of mash this will raise gravity .032 so you can figure out just how much to add to get abv where you want it….
