Hello,
I’ve been looking at the stills and am leaning towards the 20 gallon all copper kettle. Would this kettle help in achieving a better flavor run than the 13 or 26 gallon stainless steel kettle with the copper pot head? coppers king man but it depends on your budget. I doubt you’ll taste a difference between them matter of opinion. As a person who started with a 8 gal. pot I say go with the 26 ss pot or the 20 gal. copper if your serious it’ll save you money in the long run.
